Body Corporate

If you are living in a development that has a Body Corporate, inform your Altec Design Consultant of this fact as he will be familiar in dealing with such organisations and will be able to assist you.

If you want your Body Corporate to view your application favourably, present them with the intended Building Agreement, clearly showing your intentions, including a detailed design draft of exactly what you wish them to approve.

A half-hearted request will often receive a protracted and half-hearted response. A professionally presented Building Agreement complying with the usual conditions will almost always prompt a quicker, more favourable response.

Remember, your Body Corporate is there to assist and serve the development as a whole, so ask your Altec Design Consultant to help in any way we can.
