Permits & Approvals

Altec lodges your building application with a QBCC-licensed private certifier, who manages all paperwork and council communications on your behalf. Any council feedback or requests are handled directly by our team, so you can stay focused on the design.

Materials & Preparation

Once your design is confirmed, we’ll arrange all materials and prep your site for a seamless installation. Our project manager coordinates delivery and confirms all specifications before construction begins.

Site Preparation

Before construction begins, we’ll assess your site for drainage, stability, and clearance, ensuring it meets structural and regulatory requirements. We’ll also confirm access and check for any obstacles for a smooth installation.

Frame Assembly & Mesh Installation

Powder-coated aluminium frames are erected and securely fixed to your home.

Fibreglass mesh panels and doors (swing or sliding) are fitted to create your screened outdoor space.

Final Inspection & Handover

Our team conducts a thorough walk-through with you, provides warranty documentation and shares simple maintenance instructions so you can enjoy your covered patio with confidence.
